    Personalised, Printed & Posted - Worldwide

    You place the Direct Mail step onto your campaign, and we will create a personalised document. This document is then sent directly to a printer, who will post it for you – worldwide.

    URL Shortening, Tracking, and Personalisation

    We have a URL shortening function. This lets you include short URLs in your direct-mail which a contact can easily type – which are unique to each contact. This means you can track the click & personalise the landing-page.

    Letter or Postcard

    You can choose to send traditional letters in envelopes, or postcards. Both types of direct-mail can be personalised with merge-fields.

    Letters have a full rich-text editor (similar to Microsoft Word).
    Postcards allow you to fully personalise the artwork as well as the message – using merge-fields and even dynamic content within the artwork itself.

    Push Notifications

    Our Push Messaging connector adds a new campaign step to Eloqua. This allows you to send push notifications. These are supported on mobile phones and desktops (most browsers), and are typically FAR more effective than email.

    Opt-In

    Push messages require opt-in to be granted in the browser. We provide some scripts to put on your website. These will get the opt-in and save a reference to Eloqua.


    Field-merges and Message Templates

    You simply place the Push Messaging connector onto an Eloqua campaign and click ‘configure’ to edit your message. This includes a tool to insert field-merges into your message which will be replaced with the contact’s information. A live preview is shown below of the full, merged result.

    Our SMS (text-message) connector adds a new campaign step to Eloqua. This allows you to send text-messages to your Eloqua contacts, directly from the Eloqua campaign canvas. This means you can send text-messages with the same user-friendliness & targeting power of an Eloqua campaign.

    Triggered or Bulk SMS

    Because the SMS capability is integrated directly into the Eloqua campaign canvas, it is easy to setup complex triggering & targeting criteria. Eloqua is excellent in this area. It’s possible to setup ongoing campaigns that send messages in response to a certain criterion, or to create sophisticated segments for one-time bulk messages. This also gives you the ability to control delivery dates.

    Facebook & Instagram Ad-Targeting

    Our Facebook Advertising connector adds a new campaign step to Eloqua. This allows you to automatically add specific contacts to Facebook Custom Audiences (individually or in bulk – using any of the campaign features of Eloqua). These audiences can then be selected from your Facebook Advertising account for highly targeted advertising.

    Add or Remove

    You can choose to remove contacts from specific Custom Audiences, as well as add. This gives you greater flexibility – e.g. the ability to automatically remove buyers from advertising audiences as they purchase.


    Manage Custom Audiences

    You can view, create, and manage your Custom Audiences directly from Eloqua via. the connector – providing a very convenient workflow.


    Instagram

    Instagram Advertising can also use Facebook Custom Audiences, so the same workflow can allow highly-targeted advertising within Instagram as well as Facebook.

    Matching is based upon hashed email address, using a one-way-only hashing algorithm for enhanced privacy and data-safety. The match-rates will vary. Typically a majority of contacts can be matched, but this will never be 100%.
